RENTAL EXHIBIT WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

The Rental Exhibit Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the warehouse management of all rental exhibit assets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory management of all rental components
  • Being the liaison between BlueHive locations by responding to questions regarding rental assets and projects via email or phone from AM’s, AE’s, PM’s, etc
  • Maintenance of the online rental component inventory
  • Create and maintain a real time rental calendar showing when rental components are leaving the building and when they are returning
  • Work with designers, detailers, estimator/project managers and account managers on rental projects as necessary
  • Attend CAD and Project launches involving rental properties
  • Coordinate the movement of rental properties between BlueHive locations
  • Coordinate and assist in all set up & dismantle of rental exhibit properties at BlueHive locations as necessary
  • Coordinate outbounds and inbounds of rental exhibit property
  • Complete or review all outbound and inbound reports to make sure they are accurate
  • Load / unload trailers / trucks as necessary
  • Forklift Operation (we will provide forklift training and certification)

Requirements

  • Industry experience or related in inventory control and management, project management, and/or construction experience
  • Outside of the box thinker
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Extremely Organized and detailed oriented
  • Ability to multi task between various people and departments
  • Good time management skills

ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER

The Estimator/Project Manager’s main responsibilities are twofold. The first is to work with the account team to provide accurate estimates for trade show exhibits, event products, and services. The second is to assist the team in managing a project thru the production process in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately review estimate requests, design drawings, computer renderings, proposals, and other specifications to gain a complete understanding of a project which will allow you to provide a detailed and accurate estimate.
  • Research and obtain competitive proposals from outside vendors to fulfill the needs of a project.
  • Coordinate and communicate with multiple inhouse teams to produce accurate and timely estimates.
  • Schedule and attend CAD, production launches, and pricing meetings on all assigned projects.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records to support the estimate process.
  • Assist other teams in managing a project through production by helping to ensure it is completed on time, on budget and adhering to our standards of quality.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Address any questions or concerns from the project team regarding new build construction, lead times, use of materials, etc.
  • Provide the purchasing/estimating manager with a list of materials needed to complete a project, along with a timeline of when materials need to be inhouse and assist in ordering when necessary.
  • Attend final client preview meeting to address any issues and compile a hit list for any items that need to be addressed prior to ship out.
  • Schedule a post-trade show/event meeting to discuss any needs or changes that may be recommended.

Requirements

  • Industry experience or related in cabinet building, engineering/detailing, and/or project management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

EXHIBIT CAD DETAILER

Key Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Proven ability to efficiently produce 3D CAD construction drawings with all required details, sections and 3D isometrics
  • Produce detailed show set up packages
  • Create accurate floor, electrical, networking and carpet plans
  • AutoCAD release 2010 or higher, with Microvellum or similar software experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software helpful
