We love what we do, and we have fun doing it. We get excited and interrupt each other, talk over ourselves and finish each other’s sentences. We have goofy hat days and birthday cake days, costume days and silly contest days. We shoot rubber bands at each other, and have each other’s backs when we’re under the gun with a tight deadline. We are passionate people who channel our creative energy into projects inside and outside of the Hive. We love challenges and taking risks and exploring new ideas. Key Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to efficiently produce 3D CAD construction drawings with all required details, sections and 3D isometrics
  • Produce detailed show set up packages
  • Create accurate floor, electrical, networking and carpet plans
  • AutoCAD release 2010 or higher, with Microvellum or similar software experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge or Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software helpful

As an Account Executive at BlueHive your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop solutions to help new clients with their strategic branding needs.
  • Manage accounts effectively on a daily basis to further grow and develop existing and new relationships.
  • Network from new and existing business to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Partner with our support staff.

Required Skills:

  • Proven skill sets in relationship building, market research and face-to-face presentation skills.
  • History of sales and ability to manage weekly sales cold calls.
  • Driven, self motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and grow within a creative team environment.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • The availability to travel when necessary.
